Rib: Silver Wire, XSmall

So with the start of winter stones crawling to the banks, early season caddis will follow.
There are times I will swing a tanden rig of the two mention insects, I will cast up stream, dead drift and eventually swing towards the bank as if they were crawling out to emerge. The soft hackle peacock is a great representation of the caddis.
Special thanks to Joe Rist, owner of Trout Town Flies in Roscoe, NY and MHTU Member, for his fly of the week.
