Goddard Caddis 

• Hook:              dry fly size 14
• Thread:           rusty brown
• Adhesive:       Zap-a-Gap or similar super glue
• Body/Wing:    natural deer hair (body hair, not bucktail)
• Hackle:           brown
• Antenna:        brown hackle quill

This is popular caddis imitation noted for its floatability.  Because of its deer hair construction some tiers are inclined to think it is hard to tie.  Its not really that difficult at all as the video below demonstrates:
