Trees for Tribs work party w/ Riverkeeper and NYS DEC

Aug 10 - 10 am - noon

Meet at 930 in the Tymor Park parking, Duncan Rd., Unionvale NY.

TU will provide bag lunch for volunteers.

Background: in 2018 MHTU partnered with NYS DEC and Riverkeeper on a Trees for Tribs tree planting upstream of McKinney Dam on upper Fishkill Creek headwaters.  The trees have held up pretty well but now they need some TLC to right them and check protective tree tubes.
