MHTU Fly of the Month - February 2020

This month’s FLY OF THE MONTH will be an unweighted streamer. Our very own Kevin Miller asked for this as a favor. As you may know he’s very involved with the Brotherhood of the Junglecock (and we thank you for it!). When the new session begins the kids are each given an unweighted streamer to use and this will be a nice way to get them their flies. Wooly buggers, Mickey Finns, and the assorted tried and true bugs are preferable here. Do some good and tie up a fly! Two for one!

NOTE: At monthly chapter meetings we feature a "Fly of the Month" and everyone is encouraged to participate.  

Tie and bring to the meeting two or more of the "Fly of the Month" and you will receive a raffle ticket for each fly.  Those who have not tied a fly for the raffle can purchase tickets for a dollar apiece.  The winning ticket gets half of all the flies.  The other flies are retained by the chapter.
